Xecoon is an intelligent matchmaking platform connecting clients and service providers
(freelancers). The application allows users to search, match, communicate and conclude
service transactions based on location, budget and personality.

which each user agrees to read and accept when creating an account.
Age requirement:
- To offer services on Xecoon (freelancer profile), you must be of legal working age
in your country of residence and legally authorized to work. - To become a client, you must have reached the legal age to conduct online transactions
and validly consent to a contract (according to the applicable legislation in your
country or province).
Xecoon reserves the right to request proof of age or identity if necessary.
Liability:
Les services Xecoon inc. shall not be held liable for improper use of the platform by its users.
Responsibility for each transaction lies with the two contracting parties
(client and service provider).
The platform acts solely as a technological intermediary and does not intervene in contracts
or in the quality of services provided.
