• Quebec’s Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector (LRPRP)
• Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA)
• Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). If you do not agree, please do not use Xecoon.

2. Service Description

Xecoon connects freelancers and clients (individuals or companies) based on location, budget, and personality — to enable meaningful, effective collaborations.

We offer free and paid subscription plans, a match system, and access to client submissions depending on your plan.

3. Registration & Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, upto-date information (name, email, country, etc.). You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are available according to the options listed on the site — free or paid depending on the plan. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may choose to enable or disable automatic renewal within your account settings.

5. Refund Policy

Pre-registrations and paid subscriptions are eligible for a refund request within 48 hours of purchase, with a clear reason provided. After this period, no refund will be granted, except as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Quebec.

Xecoon may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email or through the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the new Terms
